Mom's Maternity Online accepts VISA and MasterCard Credit Cards. Please make sure that you entered the correct card number and expiration date, and that the billing name and address you entered match your credit card BILLING STATEMENT EXACTLY! When paying by credit card on our site, your card details are encrypted for the transaction making it more secure than giving your card details over the phone. You can feel comfortable using your credit card to make a purchase online with us. If however, you are still more comfortable placing an order over the phone, please give us a call at 1-800-553-1862. Shipping Information

We ship with both UPS and USPS depending upon the weight of your package. Postal service normally takes 2-5 days, but may take longer and UPS transit time varies based on your zone (see ).

All in-stock items are shipped within one business day. If an item is not in stock, we will notify you by email or phone within 24 hours. Your card will not be charged until the item is shipped to you.

Address Validation - We compare addresses you enter with the US Postal Service's database of valid addresses. We may correct any typos or errors in the address you entered or omitted. Any Errors and typos that you enter may cause loss or a delay in shipment. You are responsible for any incorrect, missing addresses/apartment numbers or zip codes that you enter on your order. Loss or incorrect delivery of merchandise due to errors or typos of information you entered on order is your responsibility. The option to include insurance on all orders is available.

Standard Delivery - Orders will typically arrive within 3-5 business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays). Depending on the weight of the package, your order will be shipped using either UPS or USPS delivery. USPS delivery is available for shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, FPO and APO addresses and requires an additional $3.00 charge. You may receive an email from either UPS or USPS at the end of our shipping day with your tracking number to better provide you with an estimate of shipping time. Packages shipped by UPS (normally over 3 lbs) may be left at delivery location even if no one is available to receive the shipment. You are responsible for any loss during transit and after your package has been delivered to the shipment location. You have the option to include insurance for an extra $3.50.

Next Day Express Shipping - $37.95 Orders placed with next day express shipping by 12:00 pm (noon) Central Time will ship the same business day, and receive your order within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday) (most areas are within one day delivery). Packages shipped by UPS may be left at delivery location even if no one is available to receive the shipment. You are responsible for any loss during transit and after your package has been delivered to the shipment location. You have the option to include insurance for an extra $3.50.

Two Day Express Shipping - $27.95 Orders placed with two day express shipping by 12:00 pm (noon) Central Time will ship the same business day, And receive your order within 2 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday) (most areas are within two day delivery) Packages shipped by UPS may be left at delivery location even if no one is available to receive the shipment. You are responsible for any loss during transit and after your package has been delivered to the shipment location. You have the option to include insurance for an extra $3.50.

Cancellation of Orders - Because of our dedication to fast turnaround times, cancellations, as well as additions and/or changes to orders can only be accepted up to 2 hours after your order has been placed. If your order was placed after store closing hours or weekends or you would like to contact us with a change, please notify us by email.

International Orders - Please place your order choosing international shipping. We will email you the cost of shipping, you can either accept the shipping charges or cancel your order at this time. Our shipping charges do NOT include duties, taxes, or other non-routine customs brokerage charges. Customers are solely responsible for paying any duty and brokerage fees. We are not responsible for replacing or refunding lost International orders. International orders are at your own risk. We can provide a tracking number upon request. Orders usually arrive within 14-21 business days after the shipping date. We use both USPS and UPS on international orders.

Shipping Delays - We strive to provide you with fast shipping, offering both ground and express service, we can not be held responsible or liable for any weather related delays.

USPS delivery is available for shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, FPO and APO addresses and requires an additional charges. We will email you with the additional cost to ship to your area. You may receive an email from either UPS or USPS at the end of our shipping day with your tracking number to better provide you with an estimate of shipping time. Packages may be left at delivery location even if no one is available to receive the shipment. You are responsible for any loss during and after your package has been delivered to the shipment location. You have the option to include insurance for an extra $3.50.

Next Day Express Shipping on Breast Pumps - $69.50 Order must be placed by 12:00 pm (noon) Central Time to be shipped the same business day, and receive your order in 1 to 2 business days, (Monday through Friday) most areas are within one day delivery. Packages shipped by UPS may be left at delivery location even if no one is available to receive the shipment. You are responsible for any loss during and after your package has been delivered to the shipment location. You have the option to include insurance for an extra $3.50.

Two Day Express Shipping on Breast Pumps - $49.50 Order must be placed by 12:00 pm (noon) Central Time to be shipped the same business day, and receive your order in 2 to 3 business days, (Monday through Friday) most areas are within two day delivery. Packages shipped by UPS may be left at delivery location even if no one is available to receive the shipment. You are responsible for any loss during and after your package has been delivered to the shipment location. You have the option to include insurance for an extra $3.50.

Warranty on Breast Pumps

All Breast Pumps are covered for defects under manufacturer's warranties. You will need to provide your sales receipt with proof of date of purchase (required). Please contact the manufacturer directly if you are having warranty problems with your breast pump:

Returns and Exchanges
  • Returns MUST be made within 30 days from the original shipping date to you.
  • All exchanges are Shipped Free.
  • Please enclose a copy of the receipt that you received with your shipment and indicate the reason for the return.
  • Your original method of payment, excluding gift wrap and shipping and handling charges, will be refunded.
  • We DO NOT accept returns of worn, damaged, washed, or soiled items.
  • Breastfeeding pumps and accessories may be returned if UNOPENED, unused and in original packaging. Breast pump box must be in the condition it was sent to you. If a breast pump is returned to us opened, or/and without the manufacturers seal, or damaged in anyway, we will return it to you at your expense. Absolutely NO EXCEPTIONS!
  • All returns must ship prepaid, we cannot be responsible for any items lost or damaged in returned shipping. Insuring returns packages is your responsibility. We cannot accept COD packages.
  • A 20% restocking fee will be assessed on any order(s) that you place and then in turn refuse the package when it is delivered to you.
  • No returns on items discounted for final sale.
